Gringo (AKA: Henrique Lima) is an ultra-talented web designer hailing from Sao Paulo, Brazil.
He taught himself a gamut of design skills after quitting art-school (“The classes were complete crap!”) and is now working in video, as well as in print and web.
He’s a wiz with Flash and Photoshop, and he also likes to tinker with After Effects.
He’s engrossed by the writings of John Fante, Franz Kafka and Charles Bukowski, and the comic-book stylings of Robert Crumb, Daniel Clowes and Mike Mignola.
He also finds inspiration in doodles and good coffee.
When taking time out from his idiosyncratic illustration, Henrique enjoys Mexican food and Mario Kart marathons backed by an experimental jazz soundtrack.
