Fraiza’s illustration is an ambitiously sprawling cartoon doodle, the likes of which are pleasingly in vogue at the mo.

It’s a collage of crazed creatures, surreal skylines and a pop-culture iconography, emboldened by defiantly naïve colours that bounce high off the powder-lemon shirt. It’s ‘fun’ with a capital ‘funk’.

Says Fraiza’ on the inspiration for his design: “When I began, all I knew was that I wanted to incorporate an old-style banner and some monsters.”

He adds: When I was working it up on my computer, I could hear Kool & The Gang playing - and I could feel the madness!”
